We’ve now released the Aware Monitoring beta to a fifth of our testers. Feedback is starting to come in thick and fast. We’re amazed and in gratitude to the people who’ve put time and effort into giving us detailed responses. Now the question is: what do we do with all this feedback…
The feedback generally falls into three camps:
- Things that are coming - The good news is that we’ve completed and not released a heap of minor and a couple of major functions/features that beta users have been repeatedly asking for.
- Things that could work better -Various UI, functions and features improvements have been identified. Where we can we are trying to make some of these changes before we launch.
- Things that we need to think about – Man you guys (& girls) have some great ideas. The challenge is which to do first after we’ve launched. The logical answer is the most frequently occurring requests. We still need more feedback to spot the patterns.
Please keep the feedback coming. For the 80% of people still waiting please be patient as we move our app to a more scalable production environment.
